2. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of handmade wooden products through our online store.

3. Purchase Process
Select your products, add them to your cart, and complete payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded upon the seller's acceptance of the order.

4. Prices
All prices include applicable IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax). Prices may change without prior notice, but the price in effect at the time of your order will always be honored.

5. Payment
Payment methods are indicated in the online store (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.) and are processed securely via Shopify Payments.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Zone: Canary Islands only | Shipping: €5.00 (free from €80.00) | Carrier: Correos
Delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch | Processing: 2–5 business days (longer for customized products)
Risk passes to the customer upon receipt.

7. Right of Withdrawal
14 calendar days from receipt. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Exceptions: customized products, made-to-order products, and products unsealed or used for hygiene reasons.

8. Warranties
3-year legal guarantee under Spanish law. Defects must be reported as soon as discovered.

9. Natural Wood Product Characteristics
All products are handmade with natural wood from La Palma. Natural variations in color, grain, texture, and density are inherent to the material. Each piece is unique and may differ from photographs. Over time, wood may change tone, develop natural cracks, or slightly alter its structure — these are natural characteristics, not defects.
Care instructions: avoid prolonged direct sunlight, keep away from intense heat, apply wood oil periodically to kitchen products, clean with a damp cloth, do not submerge in water.

10. Liability
We are not responsible for delays or non-performance due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Intellectual Property
All website content (texts, images, designs, logos) is the property of Canary Soulmade Crafts or used with proper authorization. Reproduction is prohibited without express consent.

12. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

13. Dispute Resolution

14. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
Governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of the consumer's place of residence.

15. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The conditions in effect at the time of your order apply.
