Shipping policy

Shipping Zone:
We ship exclusively to the Canary Islands (Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, La Palma, La Gomera, El Hierro). All products are carefully packaged and shipped directly from our workshop in La Palma.

Shipping Costs:
Standard shipping: €5.00
Free shipping on orders of €80.00 or more.

Carrier & Delivery Time:
We ship via Correos. Delivery normally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Once your order leaves our workshop, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Processing Time:
As each piece is handmade in our workshop on La Palma (no mass production), processing time is 2–5 business days before shipping. Customized products may require additional processing time.
