Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

Refund:
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of return shipment.

Conditions:
You are only responsible for any decrease in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, or functioning of the goods. You are not required to keep the original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Exceptions – No Right of Withdrawal for:
(a) Customized or made-to-order products
(b) Products that have been unsealed or used for hygiene or protection reasons (e.g., cutting boards, kitchen utensils)

Natural Wood Products:
All our products are handmade from natural wood. Natural variations in color, grain, and texture are inherent to the material. Over time and with exposure to external factors (sunlight, humidity, use), wood may change tone, develop natural cracks, or slightly alter its structure. These are natural characteristics, not defects. Each piece is unique.

Defective Products:
You have a legal guarantee of 3 years under applicable law. Please report any issues as soon as possible.
