PRICES

All prices indicated are final prices.
IGIC exempt – Special regime for small businesses or professionals (Art. 10 Law 20/1991).
Shipments are only made within the Canary Islands.

PRICING ERRORS

In the event of a manifest error in the price of a product (for example, due to a technical or typographical error), we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and fully refund the amount paid. The customer will be informed immediately by email.

PURCHASE PROCESS

  1. Product selection and adding to cart
  2. Completion of shipping and billing information
  3. Selection of payment method
  4. Order confirmation
  5. You will receive a confirmation email

PERFECTION OF THE CONTRACT

The order placed by the customer constitutes a purchase request. The sales contract is perfected only with the express confirmation of the order by Canary Soulmade Crafts. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders before such confirmation, with a full refund in case of prior payment.

FORCE MAJEURE AND CAUSES OF IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY

In case of impossibility of delivery due to causes beyond our control, including machinery breakdown, lack of supply from providers, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the order. The customer will be notified without delay and will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

LANGUAGE OF THE CONTRACT

The contract is formalized in Spanish.

CONTRACT ARCHIVE

The contract is not individually archived by the user, but a copy can be requested by email.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with current regulations. The provisions of the Return Policy apply.

WARRANTY

Products have a legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years in accordance with current Spanish legislation.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile.
