Here you will find answers to the most important questions about our handmade wooden products and our service in the Canary Islands.

1. Do you ship to all Canary Islands?

Yes! We deliver to Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, La Palma, La Gomera, and El Hierro. Shipping costs €5 – free for orders over €80.

2. How long does inter-island delivery take?

After processing in our workshop for about 1-2 days on La Palma, delivery time with Correos is usually 3-5 working days. For personalized products, processing time may take 2-5 working days longer.

3. Do I have to pay customs duties or additional taxes?

No! Since we only ship within the Canary Islands, there are no customs fees.

4. Can I return personalized products?

Personalized items (e.g., with engraving or custom fabrication) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. All other products can be returned within 14 days. The buyer bears the return shipping costs.

5. Are your products sustainably produced?

Yes, 100%! We use:

Sustainable woods from responsibly managed sources
Recycled reclaimed wood from the Canary Islands
Environmentally friendly packaging
Local production on La Palma (short transport routes)

6. Can I pick up my order?

If you live on La Palma, you can pick up your order from our workshop by prior arrangement. Simply contact us by email before placing your order: info@canary-soulmade-crafts.com

7. Why are the grain patterns different?

Each piece of wood is a natural product with individual grain, color, and structure. This makes each of our products a unique piece – no two are alike. These natural variations are not a defect, but a quality feature!
